Prepare your written purchase offer to the Seller with experience and confidence, carefully explaining all your options and providing you for the best negotaiting position possible.

Present your purchase offer to the Sellers skillfully and professionally representing you with years of negotiating experience.

Coordinate and follow up on all inspections, attorneys, mortgage applications, appraisal, addendums, relocation services, until closing. I will be on your side all the way through this process.

Assist you in the pre-inspection phase and final closing steps.

Advise you on all matters until closing.
